News on INPI Argentina official fees

INPI is Argentina’s government agency responsible for granting and protecting industrial property rights in said country, including trademarks, patents, and industrial designs. INPI Argentina fees have not been updated since 2019, which means they are outdated. Therefore, INPI has officially published that it will apply raises to official fees in the following months. New increase on Industrial Property rights official fees

Given that INPI Argentina fees in force date from June 2019, it will implemente an adjustment of 220% in two steps:

A 110% increase from January 1, 2023 on, and

a 110% increase from March 1, 2023,
in both cases, the increase will be applied on top of the current fees.

Fees for filing new trademarks in Argentina

From January 1, 2023 on, the fee for applying for the registration of a new trademark in Argentina will cover up to twenty products or services of the chosen class. From the twenty-first on, applicants will have to pay an additional rate of US$ 0.07.
